1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you (or your nominee) receive the goods.

2. How to request a return

To request a return or withdrawal, email us at kapcsolat@hollandkerteszet.hu within 14 days and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. We will reply with return instructions.

3. Return deadline

After you notify us of withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Return shipping cost

Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, the direct cost of returning goods is paid by you.

5. Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods only as needed to check their nature and characteristics. If the product is used beyond what is necessary, you may be responsible for a reduction in value.

6. Refunds

We refund payments received for the returned goods within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Where required by consumer law, we also refund the standard outbound shipping cost for the withdrawn items. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard option offered, we do not refund the extra cost.

7. Non-returnable items and exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the law excludes it. This can include, for example, goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life, certain live plants or planting material depending on their nature, sealed goods that were opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, and custom made goods. Where a specific product category is excluded due to its nature, we will indicate this on the product page or at checkout.

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kapcsolat@hollandkerteszet.hu and include your order number and clear photos. We will propose a solution in line with applicable law, which may include replacement, price reduction, or refund.
